Dear Clubs
As an alternative to the Social competition we were going to hold in Term 3, we are running an FQSW 7 a Side Carnival to gain interest from players who are NOT playing in any local senior competition this year.
This will be held on Sunday 19th August at Captain Cook Ovals from 9 am.
If we get enough interest, we will then look at a structured competition next year for players that cannot play weekend football either due to work commitments and family life.
Costs will be $20.00 per player and depending on teams, we will either do a Round Robin event or Pools, trying to give teams at least 4 games during the day.
REMEMBER, PLAYERS CANNOT BE PLAYING IN ANY LOCAL FQ COMPETITION THIS YEAR TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
Games will be 15min halves with qualified Referees officiating per game.
